Portal Upgrade

We are delighted to announce we are upgrading our Patient Portal. 

All patients must transfer their patient accounts to the new Portal with a very simple action – please do this as soon as possible to maintain access to your account. The current portal will become obsolete shortly.

 Instructions: 

  1. Click on the portal link: https://portal2.waterstoneclinic.ie/account/register-portal
  2. Enter the email address you used to register with Waterstone Clinic. (If this does not match the one on record, you will receive an error message)
  3. You will receive a link via email to create a new password.
  4. Once you create the new password, you will have access to your new Patient Portal and dashboard. You will continue to receive automatic notifications by email or SMS related to your treatment as usual.
