Describe a Typical Day at Work:

A typical day for me, if I am on front desk, includes opening up reception and preparing the area for our patients. I then spend the morning checking in patients for their scans, procedures, blood tests and semen analysis etc. I also take calls, reply to emails and book patients in for further scans and appointments. In the afternoon I welcome new and returning patients for consultations with our fertility consultants. I catch up on necessary paperwork and scanning. I keep up to date with scanning and organise patients charts for the next day of scans and clinic. When closing the clinic I am in charge of locking up and making sure everything is ready for the next day.
