Embryologist (Trainee)

Waterstone Clinic is one of the leading providers of Assisted Conception Services in Ireland, carrying out almost 2,000 fresh and frozen IVF/ICSI cycles per annum, in its state of the art facilities.

We are seeking a trainee Embryologist to join our growing team in our laboratory in Cork or Dublin.

Waterstone Clinic offers a full range of assisted conception treatments including embryo biopsy, egg vitrification, oocyte/sperm donation and Micro TESE sperm retrieval. As the first established clinic in Ireland to be licensed for PGT, we have a successful genetic screening programme.



Full Embryology training will be provided. Applicants must be able to demonstrate competency in laboratory work and possess the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.

Applicants must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. These skills are essential as all laboratory staff communicate daily and directly with patients and clinical staff. 

An understanding of Quality Management Systems would be advantageous.

Attendance at local and international conferences and workshops is encouraged. Weekend work will be required on a rotational basis.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
