Pre-Implantation Genetic Testing Co-ordinator
Edel is a fertility nurse specialist and she is the nurse coordinator for Pre-implantation Genetic Testing at Waterstone Clinic.
She is a registered general nurse and trained in St James Hospital and Trinity College Dublin. She worked in St James Hospital, Dublin and in the Mercy University Hospital, Cork for a number of years before joining Waterstone Clinic in 2006.
Working with the pre-implantation genetic testing (PGT) team in the laboratory, Edel coordinates the PGT cycles for patients. She assists patients who need genetic testing and guides them through the process.
