Dr Minna Geisler MB BCh BAO MRCPI MRCOG

Dr Minna Geisler is an honours medical graduate of University College Dublin (2005), a Member of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland (2009) and a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (2012). She began working at Cork University Maternity Hospital in 2011. Dr Geisler joined the team at Waterstone Clinic as a Research Fellow in 2013 due to her keen interest in Reproductive Medicine and completed a two-year research study into the prediction of the risk of preterm labour in pregnancies conceived with IVF/ICSI. Her research has resulted in peer-reviewed original papers, published conference proceedings and has been presented nationally. Dr Geisler is passionate about fertility and the importance of fertility awareness. In 2014 she was instrumental in establishing the My Fertility Check service. Dr Geisler took up a consultant post at Waterstone Clinic in 2017 coinciding with her Obstetrics/Gynaecology position at Cork University Maternity Hospital.
