Patient Liaison / Receptionist
In general, the Patient Liaison/Receptionist will be responsible for:
- Being the first point of contact for patients, answering initial enquiries by phone and email.
- Booking appointments and managing Clinic diaries
- Welcoming patients to the clinic, and liaising with the clinical team and providing a high level of customer service
- Taking payments for Clinic services
Our patient liaison and reception team communicate daily and directly with patients and clinical staff, therefore excellent communication, interpersonal skills and customer service are essential. Given the nature of the work, attention to detail and flexibility is essential.
Applicants should have the ability to work independently and within a multi-disciplinary team. Full training will be provided for the successful candidate. Experience in a medical area is not a pre-requisite.
The position is full-time and salary will be commensurate with experience.
