Deposit Policy

There are a number of specialised treatments, that require an initial payment before treatment begins. These payments, for Egg Donation and Pre-implantation Genetic Testing, are required to begin the pre-work before treatment. In the case of egg donation, the payment is required to begin screening and to purchase the eggs from our partner clinic. In the case of PGT, the initial payment is required to develop the test that is unique to the patient’s genetic requirements. These initial payments are non-refundable. The balance of the treatment fee is payable before the fertility treatment begins, at baseline scan.

Payment Return Policy

At times it is in your best interest to pause or change treatment after it has begun. If your treatment is changed to a procedure that is either less complex or more specialised, the fee will be reduced or increased respectively. If we need to discontinue your treatment, our fee will be reduced to reflect the stage at which the treatment stops, and we will return part of your payment.
