Dr Farhat Khan has been a member of the team at Waterstone Clinic since 2006. Dr Khan received his medical degree from the University of the Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan in 1982 and completed his specialist training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecology, London in 1996. He is a member of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland since 1997.
Prior to joining Waterstone Clinic, Dr Khan trained in the Central Middlesex Hospital and St. Mary’s Hospital in London. Following his subspecialist training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Dr Khan completed the British Fertility Society training modules in Assisted Reproduction in 2008.
Dr Khan has wealth of experience and in depth knowledge of Assisted Reproduction enabling him to deliver the highest level of care to patients. His interests and expertise include male infertility, polycystic ovarian syndrome and endometriosis and fertility preservation in cancer patients.
Dr Khan is a fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists London, Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and Royal Australia and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. He is also a member of the Irish Fertility Society, the British Fertility Society and the European Society of Human Reproduction & Embryology (ESHRE).
